How are your products made?

All products are made to order. We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage. One in every five garments reaches a landfill without being worn even once. By choosing print-on-demand, you choose apparel that's created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing.

We offer customers free shipping on orders over $60 when shipping to the United States.

How do I track my order?

Are there delays because of COVID-19?

Due to COVID-19, fulfillment times may be longer than usual. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. We appreciate your understanding.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry that the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please reach out to us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Learn more about our refund policy.

My package was returned to the sender, what do I do?

If your order was returned, it may be the case that the wrong shipping address was entered. Please contact us with an updated shipping address and we will process a replacement for you. An additional shipping charge will apply.

What if my package is lost?

Please contact the shipping carrier to inquire about delivery details. If you are unable to locate the package with the help of the carrier, please reach out to us and we will assist you in processing a replacement shipment.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We offer full refunds and exchanges within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges related to the return or exchange of items.
