Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason and would like a refund on the item(s) that you have purchased, we are happy to help! Please reach out to us for assistance at info@mushpeople.com with your order ID and product issue.
We offer full refunds and exchanges within 28 days of purchase. We will issue the refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for shipping charges related to the return or exchange of items, unless the items are damaged or defective.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Sealed goods, such as face masks, are ineligible for return.
- For damaged products, please submit photos of the damage so that we can process the refund.
Lost or returned packages:
- If your order has been returned to the sender, it may be the case that the wrong shipping address was entered. Please contact us with an updated shipping address and we will process a replacement. An additional shipping charge will apply.
- For lost packages, we ask that you contact the carrier to inquire about delivery details. If you are still unable to locate the package with the help of the carrier, we will assist you in processing a replacement shipment.
